Site Engineer Supervisor (SE Supervisor)

About the Role

Goldsmith Resources Limited is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer Supervisor to oversee all on-site engineering activities. You will supervise maintenance operations, manage small projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with technical standards while maintaining safe and efficient site operations.

Job Purpose

To supervise all on-site engineering activities, including maintenance, small projects, contractor management, and compliance with technical standards, ensuring safe and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians, electricians, and mechanics across shifts
• Plan and allocate daily work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance
• Coordinate with production, safety, and logistics teams to minimize operational disruption
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to engineering standards
• Manage subcontractors and service providers on site, including security, cleaning, and specialist repairs
• Ensure all engineering documentation (drawings, logs, permits) is updated and maintained
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Report daily and weekly KPIs (downtime, backlog, safety incidents) to Site Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• 6–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance or project engineering
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory or management certification
