Deputy Food & Beverage

Position Overview

MUV Group, a dynamic and growing company in manufacturing and hospitality, is seeking a Deputy Food & Beverage Manager to assist in the planning, organization, and supervision of all food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will support the Food & Beverage Manager in managing lounge, bar, and restaurant operations while leading teams to deliver high-quality service and achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Coordinate lounge, bar, and restaurant operations to maximize customer satisfaction
• Support the implementation of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Staff Supervision and Development

• Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Conduct on-the-job training sessions to improve service quality, product knowledge, and operational efficiency
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
• Support recruiting, training, and mentoring F&B staff to ensure excellent service delivery

Financial Management

• Assist in preparing departmental budgets and forecasts
• Monitor sales and financial performance
