CIC Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified CIC Supervisor to join our team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will manage the CIC agent team, execute commercial strategies, and ensure the team meets KPIs while maintaining effective alignment between field operations and the CIC team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the assigned CIC agent team to ensure correct operations and alignment
• Coach the team by identifying market opportunities and guaranteeing commercial objectives for the area
• Develop team members through coaching activities, including call monitoring and feedback to improve productivity, digital adoption, and sales effectiveness
• Ensure the team meets productivity indicators including contractibility rate, strike rate, and call quality standards
• Monitor KPI achievement including volume targets, coverage targets, and high profit volume targets
• Control and maintain technological tools to ensure proper functioning and team performance
