About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on individual to join our team in a dynamic workshop operations and sales coordinator position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the workshop
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
• Address quality issues with the workshop team and maintain high standards
• Assist in the workshop when required, including hands-on technical work
• Support business development and help bring in new business opportunities
• Contribute ideas to improve operations and grow the business

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong experience in customer service and sales
• Ability to build good client relationships
• Technically minded with a hands-on approach
• Basic knowledge of stripping and assembling components
• Comfortable working around boats and vehicles; able to jump on and off boats as part of the job
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
