About the Role

Rentals Dot Com, a property management company based in Mthatha, is seeking a Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing tenants in vacant properties and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify suitable tenants for vacant properties
• Actively source new property management mandates
• Meet sales targets and grow the client base
• Provide technical support and demonstrate product knowledge
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements

• Proven sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Valid driver's licence (mandatory)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Own vehicle (advantageous)
