Position Overview

A well-known company is hiring for a Mobile Plant Supervisor position in the Quarrying division, based in East London.

Location

East London, South Africa

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mobile crushing and screening operations
• Ensure safe and efficient production processes
• Coordinate and lead team members
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain equipment

Required Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 3-5 years of experience in mining, quarrying, or aggregates
• Valid Driver's License
• Hands-on experience with the following equipment:
  • Metso LT120, LT110 Jaw crusher
  • Metso HP300 cone crusher
  • Metso 620 Screen
  • Orecrusher V.S.I.

Advantageous Qualifications

• Supervisory or mining-related certificate

• Strong safety awareness and risk management mindset
• Ability to work effectively under production pressure
