Finance Manager

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Finance Manager at SEKO GLOBAL in the City Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall financial management of the division including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Provide commercial support to operations and senior management
• Analyse financial performance and deliver actionable business insights
• Ensure strong financial governance controls and compliance
• Manage and develop one direct report
• Support group finance requirements and reporting timelines
• Partner with supply chain or distribution operations to drive profitability

Required Education

• Relevant finance or accounting degree

Required Experience

• Proven experience in a Financial Manager role
• Strong commercial finance background
• Experience within distribution, direct supply chain, or similar environments
• People management experience with at least one direct report
• Ability to engage with operational and non-finance stakeholders
