Position Overview

We are looking for hard-working Call Centre Sales Agents for a 6-month short-term project with our reputable client in the Security Industry based in Centurion/Midrand. This is an immediate start position in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Promote company services to potential clients
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics
• Work effectively in a fast-paced contact centre environment

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Customer Service/Call Centre Certificate (mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Basic computer skills

Remuneration

R10,000 per month
