About The Role

The Inky Shop is seeking a flexible Sales Assistant to provide support across multiple locations. You will assist staff members during leave, scheduled days off, and in cases of illness or unexpected absences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide sales assistance and customer service support across assigned locations
• Cover weekend shifts and days off at the primary Cape Gate location
• Work at Tyger Valley and N1 City locations as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Inky Shop brand standards
• Support team members during peak periods and staff absences

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Flexibility and reliability in a shift-based schedule
• Willingness and ability to travel between multiple locations (Cape Gate, Tyger Valley, N1 City)
• Availability to work Public Holidays when required
• Valid CV
