About the Role

A well-established glass and aluminium company is seeking a responsible Sales Manager to join their team in Pietermaritzburg. This is a central location-based position offering the opportunity to manage sales operations and lead a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff and job planning
• Open and close shop operations
• Conduct job measurements and site inspections
• Develop pricing strategies and quotations
• Manage wage administration and payroll

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driving license
• Computer literacy
• Proven experience in the building or maintenance industry
• Experience with aluminium and glass products (windows, doors, and seamless aluminium gutters)
