About the Role

Ceramic Cafe is hiring a Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in South Africa.

Working Hours

Wednesday to Sunday, 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily coffee shop operations
• Lead and supervise staff
• Ensure customer service excellence

Required Qualifications

• Previous management experience
• Own transport
• Willingness to work weekends
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
