About the Role

A prominent Food Retailer in the Ballito area is seeking an experienced Butchery Manager to lead our butchery department and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of high-quality meat products
• Drive sales growth in the Butchery department
• Manage gross profit, conduct accurate stock taking, and plan production
• Conduct accurate block tests
• Manage and implement food safety procedures
• Lead and manage butchery staff
• Deliver a high level of customer service

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Butchery Manager
• Traceable references from previous roles
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage stock and production planning
• Leadership and team management experience
