About the Role
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative & HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day HR operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and employee administration processes
- Handle filing, data capturing, and report preparation
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies
- Assist management with various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration and/or HR support
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Relevant qualification will be advantageous
