Shop sales assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated shop sales assistant to join our team at Detergent Factory in Chatsworth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all types of customers
• Maintain shop operations and standards

Required Qualifications

• Matric certificate
• At least 1 year retail experience
• Confident and fluent English speaking ability
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• English and Zulu language proficiency
• Basic knowledge of social media

Essential Requirements

• Must reside in Chatsworth and be able to travel to Arena Park
• Must be available immediately for training
• Must be willing to work Sundays and public holidays when required
