## Title: Sales Agent – Property Management

About the Role

Rentals Dot Com, a property management company based in Mthatha, is seeking a Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing tenants in vacant properties and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Source and qualify suitable tenants for vacant properties
Actively source new property management mandates
Meet sales targets and grow the client base
Provide technical support and demonstrate product knowledge
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements

Proven sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Valid driver's licence (mandatory)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Own vehicle (advantageous)
