Mobile Plant Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Supervisor to join our quarrying division in East London. This role requires hands-on expertise in mobile crushing and screening operations, with a focus on equipment maintenance, team leadership, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Matric (High School Diploma)
• Valid Driver's License
• 3-5 years of experience in mining, quarrying, or aggregates
• Supervisory or mining-related certificate (advantageous)

Equipment Experience

Hands-on experience with the following equipment:

• Metso LT120/110 Jaw Crusher
• Metso HP300 Cone Crusher
• Metso 620 Screen
• Orecrusher V.S.I.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of mobile crushing and screening processes
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong safety awareness and risk management mindset
• Ability to work effectively under production pressure
