AVBOB Broker- Sales Representative R4500.00pm

Position Overview

An independent AVBOB broker is seeking a Sales Representative to sell and provide advice on AVBOB policies. This is an office-based role with provided leads, focused on telephonic sales with target-based performance metrics.

Compensation

Basic Salary: R4,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management – Contact existing clients to provide administrative updates and present new cover additions on AVBOB policies
• New Sales – Engage with new leads and interested clients to generate quotations and process applications for AVBOB policies
• Meet sales targets and performance objectives

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Post-matric qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Office Administration
  • Call Center Sales
  • Insurance Sales (life or short-term)

Technical & Language Skills

• Computer Proficiency:
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • General computer literacy
• Languages: English, Zulu, and Sesotho
