Qualified Aesthetic Sales Assistant Manager Gateway

About the Role

We are recruiting an Aesthetic Sales Assistant Manager for our busy upmarket Aesthetic Slimming and Skincare Clinic at our Gateway Branch in Durban, KZN. This is a dynamic position that combines sales expertise with operational management in the aesthetic skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Master closing, selling, and negotiation skills to drive revenue
• Manage stock take and inventory control
• Ensure smooth treatment administration and follow-ups on service calls
• Lead daily results and manage the full team
• Manage client enquiries and resolution
• Handle general administration, Excel sheets, banking, and cash reconciliation
• Ensure staffing timesheets are accurate
• Lead clinic operations with emphasis on hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Implement treatments quality control procedures
• Manage opening and closing duties
• Ensure staff punctuality and attendance control

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Aesthetic slimming and skincare qualifications
• Beauty sales background
• Beauty retail sales experience
• Marketing, social media marketing experience (posting, scheduling, layout strategies)
• Own reliable transportation
• Available to start immediately
