Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, update, and maintain records in Excel
  • Manage emails and general correspondence
  • Scan, print, and file documents
  • Assist with daily office administration tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Support operations and administration teams as required
  • Keep office records organized and up to date
  • Assist with invoicing and other administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Own reliable transport
