Key Responsibilities
- Capture, update, and maintain records in Excel
- Manage emails and general correspondence
- Scan, print, and file documents
- Assist with daily office administration tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Support operations and administration teams as required
- Keep office records organized and up to date
- Assist with invoicing and other administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Own reliable transport

- Computer literacy and basic data capturing
- Filing and document management (both physical and digital)
