Location: Kigali, Rwanda

BSC invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of computer and accessories. This tender is indivisible.

Eligibility Requirements

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the field. Qualifying bidders must present the following documents and requirements with their bids:

• Bid submission form and price schedules (well printed and properly organized)
• Copy of valid registration certificate
• Original or certified copy of clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board
• Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Three references of similar tenders executed with Government, Corporate companies, or international organizations
• Data sheet
• Manufacturer's authorization or commitment letter from the authorized distributor

Bid Submission Requirements

Bids must be well printed and properly bound, presented in 4 copies (one marked as original). Submissions must be placed in inner envelopes marked with the company name and address. All inner envelopes should then be placed in an outer envelope marked with the tender notice reference number.

Submission Deadline: No later than 11:00 AM on the specified deadline date. Late bids will be rejected.
