Establishment of a framework agreement for maintenance and repair services of microscopes in different public healthcare facilities across Rwanda. The framework agreement shall be implemented for a period of 2 years, renewable once upon satisfactory performance by the contractor.

How to Obtain Tender Documents

Tender documents are available from Rwanda Medical Supply (RMS) Limited Head Office, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm local time.

Document Fee: 10,000 Rwandan Francs (or equivalent in freely convertible currency). Payment should be made to designated accounts at the National Bank of Rwanda or Bank of Kigali.

Bid Requirements

• All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the total unit prices of the bid
• Bid security must be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor
• Only eligible bidders may submit offers
