Tender Document Acquisition

The tender document in English is available from Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc's Head Office (BOA House, KN 67 Street, Kiyovu) in the Procurement Office during office hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) starting April 30, 2026.

A non-refundable fee of 30,000 Rwandan Francs (RWF) is required to obtain the tender document. Payment must be deposited into the Bidding Fees account at Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc, with proof of payment presented upon collection.

Bid Submission Requirements

• Submit 2 hard copies: one marked "Original" and one marked "Copy"
• Bids must be well-bounded and sealed
• Envelope must clearly indicate: bidder name, address, and tender title (TENDER FOR GENERATORS, ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES)

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on May 13, 2026, in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc's Head Office Board Room. Bidders and their representatives are welcome to attend the opening session.
