The tender document in English is available from Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc's Head Office, Procurement Office, located at BOA House (KN 67 st, Kiyovu), Kigali, starting April 30, 2026 during office hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM).

A non-refundable fee of 50,000 Rwandan Francs (RWF) is required to obtain the tender document. Payment must be deposited to the designated Bidding Fees account at Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc.

Submission Requirements

• Bids must be submitted in 2 hard copies
• One copy marked "Original" and one marked "Copy"
• Bids must be well-bounded and sealed
• Envelope must indicate the bidder's name, address, and tender title
• Bids are valid for 14 days from submission

Submission Deadline and Opening

Bids must be submitted to Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc's Reception Desk.

Bid Opening: May 13, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the Bank's Head Office Board Room
