• Submit proof of payment of RWF 10,000 (bordereau) to the East Region Operations account held with Bank Account details available at the project office
• Request tender documents through official channels using required submission forms
• Include proof of payment with their documentation request

Tender Submission Deadline

Tender documents must be submitted by April 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM (14h00) at the RW0503 ADEPR Butama Project Office. No documents will be accepted after this deadline.

Tender Opening

Submitted documents will be opened and evaluated on the same date (April 29, 2026) at the project office.
