World Vision International Rwanda invites competent and reputable companies, suppliers, and firms specialized in the supply of mobile flat scales to submit an Expression of Interest.

Equipment: Seca 878 Mobile Flat Scales

• Capacity: 200 kg – 250 kg (440–550 lbs)
• Graduation: 100g / 200g
• Functions: Mother/Child, Auto-HOLD, kg/lbs/sts switch-over
• Dimensions: approximately 321 x 61 x 362 mm

Contract Details

This tender is for a single, one-off supply contract.

Submission Process

All tendering processes and bid submissions will be conducted through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.

• Interested bidders must express interest via the online portal no later than 18 May 2026 at 5:00 PM
• An email will be sent to all service providers who expressed interest, providing access to the Terms of References on the date indicated in the e-procurement system
• All bids must be submitted exclusively through the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline specified in the system
