CPA Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CPA Accountant with a background in the building materials industry to join our Finance & Accounting department. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting directly to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts and HR-related work, including filing and documentation
• Operate Zoho Accounting and Zoho Inventory systems
• Prepare reports for auditors in accordance with established guidelines
• Handle bookkeeping, document uploads, invoicing, and bank payments
• Manage accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and cash flow
• Oversee petty cash and fund flow management
• Monitor logistics and control of goods
• Manage supplier and client relationships
• Generate management reports
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA designation
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Proven experience in the building materials industry
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• French language skills (advantageous)
• Proficiency with Zoho Accounting and Zoho Inventory
