Position Overview

We are recruiting self-motivated, creative, and persuasive individuals to fill Cashier/Teller positions. You will be responsible for managing cash transactions and providing exceptional customer service under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive clients and provide maximum customer care within set timelines
• Process customer deposits and post entries into accounts
• Process customer withdrawal transactions
• Prepare cash reconciliation reports
• Close tills, print cash transaction reports, and file cash slips
• Guide clients and provide basic information on company products
• Complete other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Finance, Banking, or related field
• Excellent understanding of bank operations
• Experience in a financial institution (preferred)
• Negotiation and strong analytical skills
• Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent sales skills
• Willing to work in any UFC Plc branch across Rwanda
• Maximum age: 35 years old
