Position Overview

Location: Kigali/Kicukiro, Rwanda

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Number of Positions: 1

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Tour Planning and Product Development

• Design and develop tour itineraries and packages based on client requirements and company offerings
• Customize travel programs to suit different client segments including leisure, corporate, and group travelers

Client Consultation and Advisory

• Provide accurate information on destinations, tour activities, accommodation, transport, and travel requirements
• Advise clients on suitable travel options based on their preferences, budget, and travel dates

Preparation of Quotations and Proposals

• Prepare detailed tour quotations and proposals including itinerary, pricing, and terms of service
• Ensure all pricing is accurate and aligned with company pricing policies

Reservations and Bookings

• Coordinate and confirm bookings for accommodation, transport, park permits, guides, and other travel services
• Ensure bookings are made within required timelines and according to client confirmations

Coordination with Service Providers

• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other partners to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Maintain professional relationships with tourism partners
