Eligibility Requirements

• Companies legally registered in Rwanda
• Licensed to provide IT and Disaster Recovery services in Rwanda
• Participation is open to all eligible companies on equal conditions

Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents in English may be obtained from JALI INVESTMENT LTD's Procurement Office during working hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working days only).

A non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 RWF) is required for tender documents. Bidders must submit proof of payment to the Procurement Office.

Tender documents are strictly confidential and authorized for distribution by JALI INVESTMENT LTD only. Bidders are prohibited from sharing documents with any third party outside their organization.

Bid Security Requirements

• Amount: One Million one hundred thousand Rwandan Francs (1,100,000 RWF)
• Issued by a bank or reputable insurance company operating in Rwanda
• Must be submitted together with the bid
