Project Overview

INADES-Formation Rwanda (the "Client") is implementing a project to strengthen the socio-economic capacities of Rwandan women through family agriculture and community microfinance for sustainable development, Phase II. This project is funded by the Basque Government via ALBOAN and operates in the districts of Ngoma, Rwamagana, Bugesera, Nyaruguru, Nyamagabe, and Huye.

Invitation to Bid

INADES-Formation Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of improved seeds in the following categories:

Carrots
Onions
Beans
Cabbages
Maize

Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents in English are available from INADES-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District (behind Remera Main Buses Park, approximately 1 km from Kigali International Airport, near Centre Christus).

Document Fee: 10,000 FRW (non-refundable)

Availability: Any working day from 14th April 2026, 09:00 AM at the INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat

Bid Submission

Well-printed bids must be properly bound and submitted to the INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat no later than 27th April 2026 at 14:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
