Tender Overview

Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) invites qualified companies to submit their bids for the provision of a culture transformation program.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bidders must be companies registered in Rwanda

Tender Document Access

The tender document in English may be obtained on any working day upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000) payable to AgDF Corporate Trust Ltd, Bank of Kigali.

Submission Requirements

• Bids must be written in English language
• Bids must be well-scanned and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund
• Bid title must clearly indicate the tender name
• All bid submissions are to be made online
• Bids must be submitted no later than Friday, 24th April 2026 at 15:00
• Late bids will be rejected
• Bid validity period: 120 days from the submission deadline

Bid Opening

The opening of bids will take place on 24th April 2026 at 15:30 in the AgDF board room. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.
