Invitation to Bid

Jhpiego invites national bidders to submit quotations for the supply of materials listed below. Participation in this competition is open on equal conditions to all qualified companies specializing in the relevant sectors.

Scope of Work – Two Lots

• Lot 1: IT Equipment
• Lot 2: Conference Room System Equipment

Eligibility Requirements

The following documents are mandatory and must be included in the technical proposal:

• RDB Registration Certificate
• Valid RSSB Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Certificate of Good Completion for at least three (3) similar tenders executed
• Mandatory Bid Security: 3% of the total amount on each lot

Quotation Requirements

Quotations for each lot must include the following documents:

Technical Proposal

• Warranty Period
• Products Catalogue
• Technical Specifications

Financial Proposal

• Price
• Delivery Time
• Quotation Validity

Currency and Pricing

Prices must be quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF).
