Senior Risk and Compliance Officer 

Position Overview

RATWA SACCO HUYE is recruiting for one Senior Risk and Compliance Officer position. This is an open competition opportunity available to both internal and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage risk and compliance functions within the organization
• Ensure adherence to banking and microfinance regulations
• Conduct auditing activities and maintain audit standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in auditing
• Thorough understanding of microfinance banking and accounting practices
