OASIS HOLDINGS Ltd, manufacturers of Rwanda's first blow-molded water tanks, is recruiting Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Job Profile

We are seeking a result-oriented, driven professional with proven experience in trade channels and institutional business. You will be responsible for:

• Generating revenue from trade channels, direct consumers, and construction industry businesses
• Developing the trade channel and distribution network in line with company plans
• Executing marketing plans and introducing new products and services aligned with company objectives

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in field sales with strong relationships across Rwanda's trade channel (freshers are also encouraged to apply)
• Experience selling construction-related products, including plumbing pipes and accessories, water tanks and pipes, sanitation products, and roofing sheets
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives such as revenue and pipeline targets
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel extensively within Rwanda and nearby markets
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English
