## Title: Sales & Business Development Officer

Ai7 OPTIVARO is an innovative automation company based in Kigali, Rwanda, dedicated to simplifying people's lives through smart automation solutions. Our mission is to reduce human involvement in repetitive tasks, enhance productivity, and promote efficient time management for businesses and individuals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Officer to join our team and drive client acquisition and partnerships as we expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and recruit new clients and business owners to partner with Ai7 OPTIVARO
  • Promote and sell the company's automation services to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs
  • Represent Ai7 OPTIVARO at networking events, meetings, and business forums

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Results-driven with a strong passion for sales and client engagement
  • Good understanding of digital solutions or automation services (an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Kinyarwanda and/or French is an advantage
