• Pay fee to: EMLR PAROISSE RWEZA account at Banque Kigali (BK)
• Obtain tender documents during official business hours at Project RW0153 EMLR RWEZA office

• Bid Opening: May 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Project office
