About the Role
D&D Karuse Foundation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead its partnerships, innovation, and resource mobilization efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strategic relationships, driving innovation, and securing sustainable funding to support the Foundation's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for partnerships, innovation, and fundraising
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead proposal development, grant writing, and donor engagement initiatives
- Identify and drive innovative solutions to enhance organizational impact
- Represent the Foundation in high-level meetings and forums
- Ensure effective management of partnerships and donor reporting
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age: 35 years
- Proven experience in partnerships development, fundraising, or business development
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel and work across different regions of the country
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Location
Rwanda (with frequent travel across the country)
