Opportunity

World Vision International Rwanda invites competent and reputable companies and suppliers specialized in construction supervision to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supervision of reinforcement and extension of the Nyirankomagurwa-Kadasomwa Water Supply System Project (Pumping), AP Jyambere in Nyamasheke District.

Participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in this field.

Submission Instructions

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
• Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 18 May 2026 at 9:00 AM
• Tender documents will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest via email, with access granted on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa)
• Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa
