Request for Bid Documents

The Request for Bid in English may be obtained from the BRD Procurement Office from 07th May 2026 during office hours (8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Local time).

A non-refundable documentation fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 FRW) is required. Payment should be deposited to the BRD account at BPR Bank Rwanda Plc.

Bid Submission Requirements

• Submit one original hard copy, well bound and sealed, printed on paper
• Submit one soft copy, password-protected
• Submission Deadline: 20 May 2026 at 10:00 am Local Time
• Submission Location: BRD Procurement Office

Bid Envelope Instructions

Bids must be placed in an envelope clearly marked with:

• Name and address of the bidder
• Title of tender: "Supply, installation and commissioning of a fully electric minibus and its charging system"
• "DO NOT OPEN EXCEPT IN PUBLIC SESSION ON 20/05/2026"

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. The opening session will take place at BRD Headquarters (Nyarugenge District, Nyarugenge Sector, Kigali City) immediately after the submission deadline in the BRD meeting room.
