Invitation for Tender

Rwanda Medical Supply (RMS) Limited invites eligible bidders to submit offers for the establishment of a framework agreement for maintenance and repair of dental chairs in different public healthcare facilities across the country.

Contract Terms

The framework agreement shall be implemented for a period of 2 years, renewable once upon satisfactory yearly performance by the service provider.

Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents are available from RMS Head Office during working hours (07:30 am to 5:00 pm local time, Monday to Friday) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan Francs or its equivalent in freely convertible currency paid to designated bank accounts at the National Bank of Rwanda or Bank of Kigali.

Bid Requirements

• All bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the total unit prices
• Bid security must be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor
• Bid validity period: 120 days from submission
