About Gardens for Health International

Gardens for Health International (GHI) implements nutrition-sensitive agriculture programs to combat childhood malnutrition in rural Rwanda. We work to fundamentally change the clinical treatment of malnutrition by supporting families to establish nutritious home gardens and equipping them with the nutrition and health knowledge needed to keep their children healthy long-term.

Our core program collaborates with government-run health centers to identify and support rural families struggling with malnutrition. We are scaling our impact by engaging with governmental, non-governmental, and multilateral partners to bring our expertise to new communities, including schools, health centers, and refugee camps.

We operate a 5-acre demonstration and production farm in Bumbogo - Gasabo, Rwanda, our headquarters location, and maintain a fundraising and operations office in the USA. We are an impact-driven organization committed to ensuring every program we design meets the unique needs of the communities we serve.

Position Overview

The Senior Development Manager is a key member of the management team responsible for leading strategic resource mobilization, partnership development, and communications for GHI Rwanda.
