Overview

Jhpiego invites national bidders to submit quotations for the supply of medical and hospital equipment. This invitation for bids (Reference Number: TN 022/Jhpiego-RW/FY26) is open on equal conditions to all companies specializing in equipment supply.

Bid Structure

This competition is divided into four (4) lots. A detailed list of items for each lot is provided below.

Mandatory Eligibility Documents

The following documents must be included in the technical proposal:

• RDB Registration Certificate (with main activity relevant to the subject of this tender)
• Valid RSSB Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Three (3) certificates of Good Completion for similar tenders executed
• Mandatory bid security of 3% for the total amount of each lot
• Rwanda FDA Import License
• Warranty documentation
• Delivery schedule

Quotation Format

Each lot submission must include two separate envelopes:

• Technical Proposal: Eligibility documents, product catalogue, technical specifications, compliance table, and delivery schedule
• Financial Proposal: Detailed pricing breakdown
