Position Overview
The Regional Recruitment Specialist will lead recruitment planning and execution across the East Africa, Madagascar, and Western Indian Ocean (EAMWIO) region. This role manages the complete recruitment lifecycle, from role profiling through onboarding, while applying best practices to attract diverse, qualified candidates.

About the EAMWIO Region
The EAMWIO Region is one of WCS's 13 Global Regional Programs, spanning Mozambique, Madagascar, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, and Kenya.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment planning and execution
- Develop role profiles and requisition management
- Source and select qualified candidates through proactive outreach
- Prepare offer documentation and manage hiring processes
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires
- Apply best practices to attract diverse talent pools
- Partner with HR colleagues and leadership teams on recruitment strategy
