World Vision International Rwanda invites qualified producers, companies, and suppliers specialized in plastic water tank manufacturing to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of 105 plastic water tanks, each with a capacity of 250 liters.

This is a one-off contract opportunity. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in this field.

Submission Instructions

All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed through the online WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.

• Submit your Expression of Interest through the e-procurement system no later than 05/05/2026 at 5:00 PM
• An email will be sent to all service providers who expressed interest with instructions for accessing the Terms of Reference
• Final bids must be submitted via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline indicated in the system
