Our strategic interventions for 2026-2030 aim to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

Tender Overview

World Vision International Rwanda invites all competent and reputable companies and suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the construction projects listed below.

Project Lots

Lot 1: Gisiza PS, Gatsibo District

• Construction of one (1) block of latrine with 12 stances at Gisiza PS
• Construction of Menstrual Hygiene Rooms (4x4 meters) with shower porch for girls at Gisiza PS
• Construction of 3 classrooms at Gisiza PS

Lot 2: Humure Health Center, Gatsibo District

• Construction of kitchen at Humure Health Center (Humure AP, Akagera Cluster)

Lot 3: Rulindo District

• Construction of one VIP block of school latrine at EP Murwa
• Construction of one Menstrual Hygiene Room (MHR) at EP Kabonanyoni (Rukozo Sector, Kinihira AP)

Participation

Participation in this competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in construction works.

Instructions to Bidders

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
• Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 27 April 2026 at 9:00 AM.
• An email will be sent to all bidders who have expressed interest, granting access to tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
• Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa.
• No company will be awarded more than two lots.
