Project Description

World Vision International Rwanda is seeking competent and reputable consultancy firms to conduct a feasibility study for the construction of a Ground Plus One (G+1) building with six classrooms at GS Ste Andre Kagwa Rwingongo in Tunga Cluster, Rutsiro District, Mukura Sector.

Participation in this tender is open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in feasibility studies and construction project development.

Instructions to Bidders

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
• Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link no later than 01/05/2026 at 05:30 PM.
• An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
• Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa.
