Overview

INADES-Formation Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of materials to support the project titled "Projet de renforcement des capacités socio-économiques des femmes rwandaises à travers l'agriculture familiale et la microfinance communautaire pour un développement durable, Phase II." This project is funded by the Basque Government via ALBOAN and operates in the districts of Ngoma, Rwamagana, Bugesera, Nyaruguru, Nyamagabe, and Huye.

Scope of Supply

Bidders are invited to submit quotations for the supply of the following items:

• 6,480 Saving and Credits Booklets
• 245 Registers
• 216 Stamps
• 216 Inkpads
• 216 Inks
• 216 Plastic Rulers

How to Obtain Tender Documents

Tender documents in English are available from the INADES-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District, behind Remera Main Buses Park, approximately 1 km from Kigali International Airport, near "Centre Christus."

Documents may be obtained on any working day starting 15th April 2026 at 09:00 AM from the INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat.

A non-refundable fee of 10,000 FRW is required. Payment should be made to the designated account at Bank of Kigali (BK) in the name of INADES-Formation Rwanda. Proof of payment must be presented when collecting documents.

Submission Requirements

Well-printed bids must be properly bound and submitted according to the instructions outlined in the tender documents.
