Scope of Work

RMS LTD invites eligible bidders to submit offers for the establishment of a framework agreement for maintenance and repair services of biosafety cabinets across different public healthcare facilities.

Contract Duration

The framework agreement shall be implemented for a period of 2 years, renewable once upon satisfactory performance by the contractor.

Tender Document Procurement

Tender documents are available from RMS Head Office, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm local time. Documents require a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan Francs or equivalent in freely convertible currency.

Bid Requirements

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total unit prices
Bid security must be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor
Bids remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline
