Invitation to Bid

Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) invites qualified companies to submit bids for the provision of a culture transformation program.

Tender Document

The tender document in English may be obtained on any working day upon presentation of proof of payment of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000) as a non-refundable fee, payable to AgDF Corporate Trust Ltd at Bank of Kigali.

Submission Requirements

• Bids must be written in English language
• Bids must be scanned and well-formatted
• Bids must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund
• All bid submissions must be completed online
• Bidders must be companies registered in Rwanda
• Bid title must clearly indicate the tender name

Submission Deadline

Deadline: Friday, 24th April 2026 at 15:00 PM

Late bids will be rejected.

Bid Opening

Date and Time: 24th April 2026 at 15:30 PM

Location: AgDF Board Room, Kigali

Bid opening will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Bid Validity

Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline.
