About the Role

This Medical Representative position plays a key role in the successful launch and expansion of a leading German company specializing in ophthalmology and eye care solutions. The successful candidate will be based in Kigali and will be responsible for promoting a range of ophthalmology pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals across Rwanda.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the company's range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices in both private and public sectors
• Plan and execute daily field activities to effectively promote products and achieve sales objectives
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products through continuous research to provide accurate and comprehensive information to healthcare providers
• Create and maintain promotional materials to support commercial activities
• Identify potential new opportunities in the market
• Work closely with the sales team to implement product launch strategies and attend training programs
• Provide support to the Commercial Department
